Little Angels Preschool & Daycare was founded in 1994 as an in home daycare. In 2003 we expanded to a center daycare near State Street. And then in September 2012 we expanded to our new location at 850 S. Hewitt Rd, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197. Our center has grown, but we have strived to maintain all of the personal touches of an in home daycare.
Our programs emphasize play based learning supplemented with structured age appropriate activities. We believe that a young child's mind is an incredible thing, and that when they play they benefit by learning.
Why Play-Based Learning?

interacting with the world in a fun and challenging way.
* Develop physical skills by learning to jump and run, manipulate
toys, and negotiate obstacles
* Learn social skills by interacting with other children. They
create games of their own, learn to teach other children the rules of

the pictures they draw or paint and the art projects they create

* We are an independent daycare and preschool. Our Owner and
Director, Mrs. Jayline Presley, CDA is on-site and an integral
part of every aspect of the center's daily operation. "Miss Jay" is
available day and night to address any concerns you may have.
* As an independent center, we are not bound by the rigid rules of many
of the larger institutions. We are able to work with you to customize
our services to meet your needs and the needs of your child. Unlike
many other daycare, we accomodate both full-time AND part-time
schedules.
* We incorporate the personal qualities of a home daycare with the
professionalism, and reliability of a larger center.
* Because children develop strong attachments to their teachers, we
work very hard to minimize our staff turnover. The majority of our
teachers have been with us at least two years, and many have been
with us much longer than that!
